The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Western North Carolina grants the wishes of children ages 2 1/2 to 18 with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.

Our chapter covers the 51 counties in Central and Western North Carolina from Burlington (Alamance County) to the west. We have granted over 1700 wishes since our inception in 1985.
